How long do I have access?
When your membership is active, you have full access to all the content inside at any time for your personal use to watch, read, download, and use over and over again. Bonus material and new content will be available to you as long as you are a paying member.
If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to any membership content.
Is the membership suitable for beginners?
This membership is for EVERYONE. The content has been designed to push you no matter what stage you’re in. Whether you want to pick up art supplies for the first time or you need help navigating client work. This is a one-stop-shop where we'll dive in deep to help you right where you need it most.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Annual members:Your account will be charged exactly 365 days after you sign up for your membership. You can go to your account settings to cancel the renewal at any time.
Monthly members:Your account will be charged on the same date of the following month as the date that you signed up for your membership. You can go to your account settings to cancel the renewal at any time.
How much is it?
The current price for The Flock membership is $27/mo or $249/yr.
Because the value continues to increase as more and more industry-leading lessons are added, these prices will increase with each open enrollment period. However, your rate will be locked in for as long as you remain a member!
Do you offer refunds?
You may cancel your membership at any time within your account. Because of the nature of digitally delivered online education, refunds are not available. If you have any reservations about joining, please contact me at hello@thepigeonletters.com BEFORE joining, as refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
Please ensure that your internet speeds and computer compatibility are adequate before signing up. If you wish to cancel your membership to The Flock Community, you must do so before your next billing cycle. Refunds are not granted once the payment has processed.
Additionally, member pricing gets locked in at the time they become a member. If you choose to cancel and rejoin the Flock in the future, your membership cost will be the current price.
