I have to say this class helped me more than I ever thought it would and I wish I'd had seen it a year ago when I first started using watercolors. I previously tried everything and got totally frustrated and I just gave up. Your class and it was an "aha" moment for me. Your resources will serve me again and again over time. Thank you so much!
I had NO idea I was capable of painting like this. After only an hour, I felt like I could actually sell my work! I've never been happier!!
What a great class! I really felt that I need to loosen up and just have fun, and that exactly what I did.
I love this class! It’s super easy to follow and one creates not only wonderful gifts for oneself, friends and family but takes his watercolor journey to the next level. Many thanks, Peggy!
With so much knowledge out there about watercolours, I find it’s too easy to overthink and get caught up in the technicalities of the process and stop painting. Thank you Peggy for reminding me that it is also a medium that invites play and spontaneous experimentation.
I love Peggy's teaching style - she's so approachable and generous with her knowledge. This was my first attempt at painting flowers and the experience has given me so much more confidence to go ahead and create more. Thanks for a great class!
I loved this course. I am a painter and needed a restart after the holidays. I learned new techniques about loose painting and I am definitely a rookie in that field. Peggy is an absolute delight. Thank you for this class!
Enjoyed this class so much! Simple and not overthinking is something extremely hard for me when painting. This class helped me stop, walk away, and come back to my work and say “I love that!”
I’ve been frustrated about painting loose florals. Sometimes they’d work and sometimes not. This class was exactly what I needed to loosen up and just go for it! I’m so happy with what I learnt and the results. Thank you so much for inspiring me to be me and to express my creativeness my way!
hey I'm Peggy
When I started painting florals, I actually wasn’t struggling with “being loose.” I was struggling with not understanding what the water wanted. Some petals looked dreamy, others looked like they needed therapy… but mostly, nothing matched what was in my head.
Once I learned how watercolor actually behaves - how pigment moves, how paper responds, how a single stroke can say more than twelve.. my work finally felt intentional. Free, but not chaotic. Loose, but not accidental.
And that’s the sweet spot I love teaching. Loose florals aren’t about letting go of technique. They’re about using technique to finally relax.
Now I help artists build the confidence, clarity, and muscle memory they need so their florals feel alive rather than overworked. This class is the one I needed: grounded in skill, infused with play, and designed to help you make work that feels like you.
Let’s paint something lush, loose, and wonderfully expressive.
Nope, genuinely. The exercises are designed to work with whatever level of watercolor experience you have. If you've never picked up a brush, this is a warm and forgiving place to start. If you've been painting for years and just feel stuck, it works for that too.
The class includes a supplies guide, but honestly you can use whatever you have. I go over a lot of color mixing goodness so a few watercolors and a few round brushes will get you there!
Just under an hour! Each lesson is bite-sized and designed to be completed in a single sitting.
You'll enjoy lifetime access to the course so you can learn at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need a refresher.
